When a student is studying abroad, generally his/her guardian thought about his doomed future because the main reason behind this
is that in abroad the student is all alone and there was no one to care about. Local guardian is the guardian in charge apart from the student parents when the student is studying at a distant place from his/her family. In this case the Local guardian becomes the signing authority in place of the parents. Now if you stay with your parents then you have no need to provide local guardian name. If any student face any challenges then he/she has to overcome the problem itself without any others help because there was no one to guide him / her.
